Is that a turtle......NO it's just Jenkins

The incredibly slow pace of this creature approaching made it hard to distinguish whether or not it was a turtle, especially because turtles come out of nowhere.....but upon closer inspection we came to find it was just Jenkins. An adult female, age 30, residing in Boulder, CO...with a passion for Charlotte Russe clothing, ketchup and strangers.
